OBDII Code P0108 V70-XC70 1998

My check engine light is on, and I am getting code P0108 - Manifold Absolute Pressure / Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input.

What does this mean?
What is the cause of this?

I recently replaced the Air Pump and SAS valve.
Would there be any connection?
