Help. Check Engine Problems 850 1995

I have a 1995 Volvo 850 turbo A/T

I have just purchased the car. The car had a aftermarket cell phone which was drawing on the battery. So if the car sat for 3 days it was dead. I did remove the cell phone. So to make a long story short the battery was dead so I went to jump the car.

I borrowed the neighbors truck to do this and come to find out his battery was weak and would not jump the car. I let it charge for about 5 minutes then tried to start it numerous times. Didnt start. I believe I have done some damage trying to jump start it with a weak battery.

I got a hold of a battery charger, charged the battery and now the car starts fine. The car runs and drives great. But I believe I have damaged something. The check engine light comes on and stays on after about 4 seconds of running the car. Now my cruise control does not work nor my sport/econ switch.

I have tried reading codes and clearing codes with no luck. it still exists. Here are the codes that I am getting.

A1 socket 1-1-4 and 2-3-2
A2 socket 3-1-1
A3 socket 4-4-4 and 1-4-2
A7 socket 1-1-3 and 1-2-2

All fuses are good. Any Ideas?
