98 s70, have some problems. S70

1. Thanks I will get this done as soon as my 80k check up comes up.

2. I have tried WD40 and cleaning it externally. I haven't had a chance of opening the whole unit up to see if further cleaning is needed.

3. I brought the car back to the wheel shop and they fixed the problem for me.
