Where to find a better tech? 850

Take your car to a tech who knows Volvos as you're being hosed. The liquid sealant used on the upper cyl head cover rarely ever leaks. There are 4 cam seals however and they can leak (usually just one) and those can be replaced w/o removing the cam cover.
You need to find a tech who will degrease the engine, run or drive it shortly and identify the exact source(s) of the leaks, not just blast you with "everything's leaking" (highly doubtfull IMHO).
