Key stuck in ignition S70 1998

On my 98 V70 the mechanical portion of the ignition switch failed and held the key hostage.

The replacement procedure is a pain, I took the pics but I have not been able to post the replacement procedure.

To get a replacement switch you need to take the VIN number to a dealer and you will receive a switch with the same code you have (Same keys).
