To extend warranty or not to extend... S80 2001

Thinking of whether to get VIP or similiar extended warranty for my T6 about to go off factory warranty. Figure it will cost about $1K - $2K.

Opinions anybody? ;)

For the reliability curious, in 25K (yeah, not driven much) / 4 yrs service record includes:
* electrical problems fixed (a couple)
* mystery electrical problems not fixed multiple times (5), including car insisting on unlocking itself (happens intermittently, dealer cannot reproduce --> cannot fix)
* both front anti-roll bar links replaced
* front wheel hub replaced
