Yea, I've heard that "create a leak theory" for years. The one I love is "You can change over but you have to do it verrrrrrrry carefully". Add one qt syn and three qts dino and drive it 3K, then add two qts syn and two qts dino and drive that 3K, then 3 qts syn and one dino and drive 3K.... It winds up taking over a year to make the switch. What's gona happen? Is the engine going to fly apart because it can't deal with the reduced friction? Do people lay awake nights dreaming this crap up? Just switch over and forget it.
