My experience with that code was that it trips at really random times. One time when I was idling at a traffic light and another time when I was doing an easy 50mph on an open road. I cleared it twice and it came back after 2-3 weeks each time. If the front O2 sensor has a lot of miles on it (>100K) I'd say replace it if the code keeps coming back.
