Well, it's a Volvo device the ABS Control Unit. A guy named Victor Rocha has been rebuilding these units - supposedly upgrading them. Core units must be used.

I'm thinking for the $130 it's worth a shot. He will test the control unit that I send in, and if it's not defective, then I'll know. If it is (and I suspect it is defective), then i'd imagine that this should clear up the problems.
