Vibration or trans noise S80 2000

I have a 2000 s80 with 65000 miles. If I accelerate hard, like foot to the floor I hear a grinding or vibration that I can't figure out. 95 Percent of the time I do not accelarate hard enough to have it happen. I changed trans fluid and filter at 60000 miles with mobil one, and the level and color still looks good. Shifts fine with no vibration between shifts. Does not do it in reverse.

Looking for any suggestions. thanks John
