Ran out of gas. Lambda light now on 850 1997

It's damaged beyond repair. Try to sell it to an unsuspected lambda light collector.
OTH you can reset the light by:
-driving to a dealer and paying a $30-$80 charge for 5 minute job, or
-pulling the offending light bulb out, or
-disconnecting your car battery for 12 hours
