seat help

i have a 95 850 and the front seats are leather and they are cracked bad and ripped in spots the rest of the car is in perfect condition i want to ask you guys if you can reccommend some good advice on how to go about fixing these that it wont end up ripping a huge hole in my wallet. in other words what are my best options any help would be great.
