BIG Probelm - ETS Light coming on followed by Engine Management V70-XC70 1999

I took my V70 to another dealer last Friday to have the throttle system checked out for the 3rd time (because the ETS and check engine lights came on intermittently.) The diagnostics showed that it had a throttle module failure and it was replaced at no charge because the warranty coverage was through 70,000mi. I haven't experienced any further problems (yet) and was quite happy with the service provided.
