coding ignition keys V70-XC70 2001

I ordered a couple of keys for my car from the dealer - 1 regular service key and 1 valet key. The keys are cut based on my car's VIN, but because I did not have time to schedule an apppointment with the dealer, the chips in the keys have not been coded to me car.

Is there a procedure I can follow to code the keys to my car, or does the procedure require a VADIS cart?
