bubbling door panels S70 1998

The infamous bubbling door panels just showed up in my '98 both back doors. I am out of warranty, 2nd owner. Has anybody come up with an effective DIY fix for this. I am wondering whether the pieces can be re-glued, the original material stretched out with a blow dryer, etc. Any home remedies that have worked and looked good?
