Unless it is a wallmount springcompressor, then be VERY careful! The cheap bolt and hook style are VERY dangerous, period! The spring can cause one to slide around to the otherside and if you fingers in between the coils this can be very bad! Also, they can bend and snap due to a heavy spring rate, causing the spring to fly through the air at the speed of light taking out small children in the process! Be very alert when using these!
