850 wont start :( Please help!! 850 1994

It worked!!!! After changing the spark plugs, fuel relay and fuel filter, the car still wouldn't start. Then I tried the simplest thing: clamp down on the IAC hose and it started!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
