Replacing Timing Belt on newer S70.. S70

I just got a 98 S70GLT with 125K miles. I am almost positive that the timing belt was never replaced. The VIN numbers put me in the newer timing belt setup: late 98. My question is: Can I still do the job myself via Bay 13 instructions, or, as some other thread said, I can't and must leave it for the $350 plus pros? What are really the differences between the 850 and early S70 and later S70 regarding this? Thanks
