850 Engine - where do these things hook up?

I've finished installing a new engine into my girlfriend's 95 850 Turbo but there are 3 things that I'm not quite sure about. If you know what these things are and where (or if) they should be connected to, please help!

1. There is one wiring connector plug that comes out of the wiring case with the 2 plugs for the oxygen sensor on the back side of the transaxle (auto). I can't find anything that this would plug in to. I believe that the plug is black and square. I don't remember this being connected to anything before - should it be connected to something?

2. On the under side of the battery tray, there is a little module that has some wires and a small hose coming out of it - there is a place for another hose to connect to it (a small white tube). Should there be something on this?

3. On the back of the fan shroud, there is a little module that is held in place by a clamp on the battery side of the car, just under the air intake hose. There is an L-shaped rubber hose connector piece coming out of one end - should this be connected to something?

Thanks!

(I can't believe that this engine is finally in - I didn't know what I was starting when I told my girlfriend that I'd fix her car back in July last year)
