Slow driver's side window when really cold outside 850 1995

Recently when the temperature has dipped below the freezing mark and I hit the driver's side power window switch, the window moves much slower than normal and almost comes to a stop at the mid-point before continuing down. Is this a sign of the motor dying or something else?
