Technical Service Bulletin on cams getting dirty? S60 2001

I work at a dealer, have access to all TSBs and have never seen anything about that to date. Can they give you a TNN #?
HOW are "the cams getting dirty"? I do know that lack of maintenance, few oil changes WILL cause problems. There are some problems with lease returned cars where the previous owner rarely changed oil.
