The P1310 code is just a general fault code given when the misfire detection module is triggered, just clear it when you get the cause of the misfires fixed and it will go away. Did you get the top of the motor wet washing it or something ? If you spray water on the top of the motor (like trying to clean it or something...) the water will usually puddle in the sparkplug wells and cause misfires. Other than that check the condition of the plugs and plug wires then the cap and rotor. Should be easy enough to fix. Good luck .....
