When it came to replacing the PNP switch, another popular FWD site with instructions was down, tough luck. We proceeded anyway, knowing where the switch was. Not a bad job, but we marked the position of neutral on the old switch and were careful to put the new one back the same way wrt neutral position (lever and cable) vs the notched indicator plate on the switch. Then we checked for reverse lights in R. Aside from dropping a bolt into the fan and taking time to retrieve that, no big deal. EXCEPT for the gang of male connectors in the big harness plug. Those must slide out as a unit to replace one, and the little blue tab at the opposite end of the wire entry spot is the key. Good to go in 2 hours and many $$ saved.
One other note, the 240 TAB tool (in case you have one of those) is, in part, a perfect bushing puller for the big bushing at the top of the engine. That bush was all cracked although it looked pretty good until we got it out. In plave now is the big blue IPD bush.
Now for that OBD II reader to arrive.
