Flashing clock and outside temp display: how to reset?

I had the battery disconnected for about an hour. On reconnect the clock and outside temp display flashes about once a second. The info in the display is crap, of course.

Owner's manual and fuse box lid not clear on which, if any, fuse controls this function. I would rather pull a fuse to reset than disconnect the battery again. Thanks in advance
