2004 XC70 Idle Vibration V70-XC70

Go to www.xc70.com, search for 'steering wheel vibration...' in Forums or under my username 'roncar' and you will see a thread outlining the problem and the solution. Date is 5/7/03. You are correct, replacement with the UK subframe bushings will markedly reduce idle vibration. There is a UK TSB but none for the US. Get your Volvo tech rep involved as dealer service people know nothing about this. There is a Volvo tech rep on West Coast who is aware of problem.
Lastly, this is a big, big design fault in all Volvo large platform cars!
