I believe this another one of the many blessings of Volvo ownership. Your posting is all but word for word what I posted about a year ago. I've just been resetting mine every few days since. I've replaced every vacuum line and PCV hose, cleaned the connections, tried two different sensors in the front, even changed the intake gasket to rule out leaks. The dealer wants to put another front sensor on even though I told them I already did it twice. Maybe when it drives me crazy enough I will break down and let them do it so it's guaranteed. If you get it resolved, please post the results for us. I've seen many with the same problem.
