Heater Core Replacement

Gee, you guys do things the RIGHT way.

I didn't know enough to get new O-rings and clips, I just used the old ones. That may not have been wise, but it has made it two years so far with no leaks.

To catch the water, I put an old beach towel across the transmission hump. Only a cup or so came out, and the towel caught it all. Blowing the water out first would have been a good idea.

If you don't drain down the radiator, you'll need something to secure the radiator hoses up high on the engine so they don't hang down and drain coolant after you detach them from the firewall fittings.
