Most of the '95 Turbo's were OBDII ready. Check the sticker on the under side of the hood on the passenger side, it should say OBDII Compliant. I have the Equus 3100 and my brother has a Actron 9135. The Actron is made in the USA, the Equus is made in Taiwan. They'll both work but the Actron is a little easier to use and higher quality. You can find the Actron 9135 on Ebay for under $100, it normally sells in the store for $149. Good luck .......
