I have a 2000 Volvo S70. About a month ago after driving about 2 miles to a store, it failed to start. It would not jump and makes no noise. The lights come on and everything else seemed to work. I had it towed to a dealership where they replaced the battery and key antenna and considered it repaired. One week later I had it towed again for the same thing. When the dealership tried to start it, it started and the computer showed no problems. They were perplexed. I drove the car home and it did not start the next moring. Later in the day it started. At this point I cannot drive it anywhere and turn it off because it has failed to start 4 times and then started hours or days later.
I am taking back to the dealership but since they don't know what's happening I hope some of you will. Does anyone know what may be going on?? Could it be the starter even if it doesn't show up on the computer diagnostic? I love my car but I can't live with this. Any ideas would be appreciated.
