Bad ball joint (one piece with control arm), bad outer tie rod end, bad swaybar endlink. Total, with turbo downtube repair and endlink on the left side, tool $400, labor included.
There used to be a rattle, moderate bumps only that didn't seem to shake the car. Jack up the wheel and wiggle it left-right (tie rod ends) and north-soutn (ball joints). There should be no play.
