Rear camber wheel alignment question 850 1995

Your rear camber is off because one or both rear trailing arms is bent. It's usually visable too by looking at them from under the car, they should look straight. The cure is replacement trailing arms and they don't come cheap, about $800 for both and 8 hours labor including alignment (to adjust rear toe).
You might want to live with it unless you're eating tires or the car drifts more than you like it to.
