Turbo replace/For the experts 850 1994

my car is moderately modified(ECU, Downpipe, 2.5" exaust). It is time to replace the turbo and add slightly larger injectors. Presently from what I know my car has a TDO4 HL-15G turbo and bosch injectors that inject 310 cc/min.
I wish to stay with a mitsubishi turbo because it should bolt up fairly well, although I will have to modify the downpipe section. I also prefer to stay with larger volvo injectors.
So what turbo from what year should I get and what injectors should I get.
I need a turbo that will feed a maximium of about 18lbs of boost, will spool fairly quick and will have a wastegate that will hold the boost.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
