Maximum Tongue Weight on a Drawtite or Hidden Hitch V70-XC70 2003

I'm interested in knowing what is the maximum tongue weight that a 2003 V70 T5 can handle. What I'm looking to do is purchasing a Class II Draw Tite or Hidden Hitch. With the hitch, I plan to purchase a cargo carrier (like this one http://hitches4less.com/outcarbas.html) that I will use to transport a minibike, which weighs around 190 lbs. I estimate with the cargo tray and the minibike, the total weight would be around 210 to 230 lbs. I've noticed that Class II hitches can carry up to a 300 lb tongue weight, but in my Volvo owner's manual it states that the maximum tongue weight that the vehicle can have is around 170 lbs. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
