possible causes of check engine light 850 1995

i found out that the elbow hose was off the manifold as indicated in the volvospeed website...rich suggested that i re-connect the hose and clear the codes ..

I also was able to get code:

P0172B - BANK 1 SYSTEM TOO RICH

which indicated that the elbow off from the manifold..thus car was running too rich..

it's a tough area to get your hands and put the hose back on ..i have ask the mechanic to put it back on and he might have to remove the power steeting pump..

has anyone had any luck fixing this by not removing the power steering pump and just having enough patience to put it back on ..
