Instructions on at-home transmission flush - please! S80

Hi,

I am planning on changing the transmission fluid in my S80 very soon. I haven't found clear instructions on doing this anywhere, so I'm asking for your help. I've never done this before, but I have confidence that I can do it.

I don't know anything about this, but if I had good, detailed instructions I could do it.

I know that I want to use synthetic fluid to replace the current fluid with, how many quarts do I need?

Thank you VERY MUCH for any help you can provide.
