I did the euro style marker conversion to my 1989 764GLE before she started leaking like a blonde in a horror film. I moved the Volvo side logos from the bottom of the fender to the pocket of the driver's seat. I got on eBay and purchased some logos (side, and rear) from a 240, some mounting tape, and put them high on the fenders just like I saw in euro-760 pictures.
On an 850, I'd just leave the logos off the sides. If they don't know what just flew by from the angles and tail lights, odds are the logo will be a loss as well. When I euto-tize my 854 Turbo, I'm just going to leave the logos off.
As for the rear logos, I would buff the stuffing out of them and repaint the edges. If you're still miffed and want new logos, I'd get with a Volvo dealer or previously said el-eBay.
