I don't think it'll take that long. The first time I tried to remove the dash and speedo cluster it took about 1 hour because I wasn't sure where all the screws were and I'm not really mechanically inclined. Now I can pop out a speedo cluster in about 15 minutes. The instructions in Bay 13 are pretty good.
