Valves 850

It's not a routine job so might I ask why? You'll be paying labor to R&R the cylinder head (maybe ~8 hours?) and whatever the machine shop charges to do the valve related work, might be $300-$500?
If it's an oil consumption problem, I'd get another opinion before spending that kind of money for seals that's not likely to cure the problem IMO.
