I didn't see details. Assuming it's full from the last oil change, how many miles do you go before you're down 1 qt?
Any dealer or shop will ask you that. "7 months" doesn't tell me anything as that could be many miles.

If you're not leaking oil and it's burning less than 1 qt per 1000 miles, that'd be considered "normal" by Volvos specs and it's far easier/cheaper to simply know that consumption rate and check/add when needed vs paying for re-ringing the engine if that's the cause of consumption (assuming).
