on bord turbine indicator V70-XC70 1998

Are you sure it is the "turbine"? I bet it is the fan and
that means your coolant is a little bit low (the
fluid moves around when you accelerate triggering the sensor).

If it is the coolant you can just top it off to see if that
fixes it (make sure engine is cold before opening the
resevoir).

I find I have to top off the coolant about every 3 to 4 years in
our 1995 and 1998 Volvos.
