Rear O2 Sensor Cost? S70 1998

I have my brick at the dealership because of a check engine light and I was told that I'm in need of a rear O2 sensor. The dealership wants $261.45 for the part and $158.00 labor (2 hours). This seems like a lot, especially for the part. Any suggestions would be appreciated. If I don't have the dealership install then I will still pay $79.00 for the diagnosis (1 hour).
