Only the front brakes work? 850 1997

Did the car sit for a period of time?? A couple weeks?

I had rust on my rears when I bought the car. Pads dont get much bite on the rust. The rear brakes dont provide must more than 10% of braking, but still needed.

I replaced my rear rotors. Very simple job. (besides getting the rotor off the hub) I sprayed wd40 in the wholes and it loosed it up.
I didnt even replace my pads. The old ones were fine and I'll save the new ones till they are needed.
