Is Squeaking normal after changing front rotors and pads? 850 1995

i JUST CHANGED MY Front rotors and pads, and i hear a loud squeaking noise 2when i turn right. Also i can hear the wheels spin, like pad wear indicator noise. Is this normal - do they need to be warn in, and the noises wil go away?? Thanks...
