Few Qs about adding fogs. 850 1997

My wife's 97 T5 has the fog light cutouts in the spoiler deal under the bumper. You should also have a switch on the left side of the dash that operates the lights separately from the headlights. I haven't done it, but it looks pretty straightforward. I'm pretty sure someone sells aftermarket lights that fit the hole more or less.

P.S. The only options the PO didn't get on my T5 were TRACS, heated seats and a CD changer. I lucked out on the first two anyway.
