Replacing Shift Console Lights 850

One way that I have found to keep all the dashboard/panel lights from blowing is to keep the dimmer slider (usually over the fog light switch) at about 90% of its max. This will reduce the voltage across each bulb, and increase it's lifespan, with very little reduction in light to the dashboard.
