Problem with the vehicle speed sensor (VSS). With cars with that mileage sometimes you will find dirt or grit has gotten built up on the speed sensor face and you just need to clean it off with some spray brake cleaner or something. You will find the speed sensor located on the back side of the bell housing/transmission about inline horizontally (at that level) with the axles, held on by one T30-Torx screw. Pull it out and clean the sensor surface and make sure the wires are not damaged. The Orange flashing arrow means the tranny went into emergency mode (default shifting with no torque converter lockup). If this is too involved for you take it to a shop and have them look at it.
