I've had the engine and tranny mounts replaced twice now on my S40, and it's only got 63k miles on it. I've read that the European models with the turbo 1.9 seem to have similar problems, but the ones with the smaller engines don't. I guess that since all of the US models have the 1.9T, they're all going to have this problem. And a host of others...
