I had looked for the same thing for my 99V70R and this is what I found out. If you want the OEM parts you need to replace the glove box door the centre console and the console around the stereo, so it's not cheap. I can’t remember the cost but it was high to get all the interior pieces. The trim pieces themselves were not available. I have seen the stick on kits but they do not look near as good as the OEM. I have had my V70R for over a year now and really like the walnut and now prefer it to the aluminum. I don’t think the Aluminum suits the interior of the car.
