It's running! The smallest of the three red wires attached to the battery had corroded and separated from it's connector. Once cleaned up and reconnected it fired right up. I am now getting a check engine light that comes on after ~5 seconds. I got it home and will try clearing the codes, then I'll do the right thing and take it to a shop. I figure the starting fluid didn't agree with one of the sensors. Hopefully it won't be too expensive, but at least I don't have to pay towing.
