*%#$@!!! I hit 30K on my 01 last spring and noticed no deterioration. Can only imagine what I'll find under there when I next look. 59K+ now, so I'll look in the next week or so. I have no idea what Volvo will do about it, but it sounds like the stuff that nightmares are made of. Reminiscent of the problems that were documented with an early 960 a year or so ago. The owner wound up making his own replacements. I repeat. *%#$@!!!
